Privacy policy, Warranty and Basic Service
This warranty is issued by the company Basic Technology to purchasers of exclusive company products.
The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase of the product with the original invoice only and a photocopy of the ID.
The warranty will be issued only to customers who purchased the products from Basic Technology or from one of its licensed marketers only.

Basic Technology undertakes to send a product free of defects.
Basic Technology is entitled to collect payment under the following circumstances: break, damage, corrosion, negligence, accident, fire, abuse, scratches or natural damages.
The repair time at Basic Technology laboratories is up to 14 business days.
The customer is responsible for packaging the product in a fluid-proof box, wrapped in bubble wrap and for sending the product to Basic Technology address POB 39 Holon.
The customer is responsible for fees for shipping the product including taxes, VAT and incidental charges.
Defective or irregular hardware that is under warranty will be handled and no charge will be incurred as part of the service.
Basic Technology is not liable for consumers or marketers who knowingly or unknowingly used prohibited and/or illegal functions in their country. The customer assumes sole liability for the use of authorized / legal functions in their country.
Under no circumstances will Basic Technology be liable for any information that was lost or damaged, or profit or income that was lost, as a result of use of the product.
Basic Technology assumes no liability under the following circumstances: loss of the ability to use the products, software or any third-party services, damage to a vehicle to which the Customer attached the hardware, or special, indirect, consequential, incidental damages including negligence.
If the OBD CODING PRO unit does not connect or does not operate in an attempt to connect / register initial use the Marketer can replace it following consultation with a contact and approval of an authorized party in Basic Technology.
Basic Technology does not guarantee that the services will be provided with no interruption.
The application and information as well as the prices and functions included therein may change or be removed at any time with no prior notice.
Basic Technology does not intervene in the purchase and sale, replacement or other transactions proposed by the Customer or by other users.
Basic Technology guarantees that the software and hardware being offered can be used and modified to the models of vehicles specified on the list.
Our company does not undertake any warranty and will not provide compensation in any manner when the products were acquired while ignoring their incompatibility with the vehicles that are not on the list.
The application operates on all mobile devices with software version of iOS 11, Android 5.0, etc.
Users of remote databases, based on use of the services that require a high-quality active internet connection to benefit from the top quality of services being offered by Basic Technology must comply with the conditions required for adequate performance as specified in the terms of use.
The customer must use hardware and software from Basic Technology in a responsible manner.
The customer must ensure that it has the requisite knowledge of the vehicle’s programming (coding).
Use of the application’s functions might disconnect the default (factory) settings of the vehicle and disrupt the operation of key systems, including brake, safety and other systems as a result of which the vehicle might not be adequate or safe to operate.
Use of the application’s functions might terminate the warranty on the vehicle, its parts and its systems separately and accordingly the customer must contact the manufacturer’s representatives to review the terms of warranty.
Basic Technology does not recommend use of the application’s functions if the customer has no knowledge of vehicle programming (coding).
Use of certain functions might result in damage to property, health and life of the person and/or third party.
The customer may not use the application if it is not familiar, or wishes to assume liability and the potential impact that might occur as a result of the use of certain functions.
Basic Technology does not bear any direct and/or indirect liability for any financed or non-financed damages caused or that may be caused to third party assets, to the health and/or life of a person as a result of use of forms of communication or obd coding pro software.
All provisions of these terms of use regardless of their language binds the customer to all terms of use for as long as the customer uses Basic Technology services.

Attention
Basic Technology is hereby announcing that by using the services, you are confirming your familiarity understanding and effect of the electronic and technical systems of vehicles by use of the application functions.
Liability and risk of every effect on the performance of the vehicles attributed to use of our company’s hardware and software but not its effect on the performance of safety systems, is assumed exclusively by you.
Basic Technology recommends not using the application functions if you do not have the requisite knowledge of the vehicle’s programming (coding).
Basic Technology will not be liable for use of certain functions that might damage the property, health and human life, and/or that of a third party.
Use of the applications without the requisite knowledge or if you do not want to assume liability and effects that might be caused as a result of use of certain functions.
Basic Technology undertakes that the software and hardware being offered will be satisfactory for use and correspond with the makes of vehicles published on the list but our company does not undertake to assume any liability and will not provide any compensation in any manner if this equipment is purchased while ignoring its incompatibility for use with makes of vehicles not on the list.

Security
Basic Technology will adopt all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that data received from the customer is managed in a secured manner in compliance with the privacy policy and that no personal data will be disclosed to any organization or country without adequate controls in place including security of data and other personal information received by our company.
Basic Technology undertakes to delete all customer data if the customer terminates his account form Company services if:
- Possible delay in deleting this information from the servers and backup storage
- We may retain this information if necessary, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve dispute or to enforce agreements with the customer
Some personal data we retain:
Upon purchase of Basic Technology products, we retain personal information including:
First name, last name, email address, business address for marketing purposes until the customer or its agent otherwise specify.
The customer may register on the website www.basicgd.com and the app obd coding pro to use the information that appears there.
The customer must approve the terms of use on the app and on the website.
Immediately after confirmation, you will be given the right to make autonomous decisions regarding use of services, when Basic Technology informs you that you are using the services without any right or in violation of any of the provisions of its terms of use, we have the right to terminate the customer’s account, including all user data, or to limit in any other manner the ability to use the services.
Basic Technology requires the customer on the date of registration on the site and on the app to confirm use of the account that was personally created to not disclose your password and/or data required for the entry of third parties. All transactions performed following connection to the services under the customer’s name (as user of the services) will be considered as having been performed by the customer, personally, and the customer will bear all liability for the results.
